Smart specialisation talk at RSA event in Manchester

David Charles presented a paper on 'Smart specialisation as an evolution in regional innovation policy' at an RSA workshop on Regional Innovation Policy Dynamics: Actors, Agency and Learning on the 23rd September.

The workshop was hosted by the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research at the University of Manchester and was the third in a series on regional innovation policy. The paper was based on the 2012 IQ-Net research on smart specialisation and was co-authored by Frederike Gross and John Bachtler.
