John Bachtler was an invited participant at the Informal Meeting of Regional Policy Ministers hosted by the Lithuanian EU Presidency in Vilnius on 25-26 November 2013. His participation was part of a wider EPRC contribution to the work of the Lithuanian EU Presidency in organising the Informal Meeting, notably the preparation of background papers and the Presidency Summary, and follows previous research and policy advice provided to the Cyprus, Polish and Czech EU Presidencies over the past five years.
