EPRC (along with partners SWECO, Spatial Foresight and T33) are to be involved in the EIB’s new Technical Assistance Platform for Financial Instruments, fi-compass. Through fi- compass, the EIB and European
Commission will provide horizontal assistance and advisory services, in particular to EU Member States and European Investment and Structural Funds managing authorities, related to implementation of financial instruments co-funded under EU Cohesion policy programmes. EPRC will assist with studies and the preparation and provision of guidance (e.g. factsheets, handbooks, case studies) for the platform.
