Presentation of results of Nordic-Scottish Co-operation project

01 January 2003

Francois Josserand and John Bachtler, together with Kai Böhme of Nordregio, presented the results of an international project 'Transnational Nordic-Scottish Co-operation: Lessons for Policy and Practice' at a meeting in Brussels on transnational cooperation in Brussels on 16 February organised by the Nordic-Scottish Cooperation Liaison Group.

The presentation examined the learning effects associated with a range of Nordic-Scottish projects carried out under the Interreg IIB and Article 10 Northern Periphery programmes and highlighted the difficulty of translating the many positive experiences with individual learning into embedded organisational learning.
