EPRC Presentation at Seminar on ESDP

Laura Polverari made a presentation at a seminar on the application of the European Spatial Development Perspective and spatial planning in Scotland at Glasgow City Council on 22nd of October.

 Arranged for Spatial Planners and European Officers from City Councils throughout Scotland, the seminar was opened by the host, George Campbell, Principal of City Centre Development & Regeneration Services at Glasgow City Council and included presentations by Karryn Kirk, Heriot-Watt University and Dr. Graeme Purves, from the Scottish Executive.

Laura's presentation dealt with the theme 'The ESDP and European Structural and Cohesion Policy: Current Interrelationship and Future Options' and covered the interrelationship between past and current EU structural and cohesion policy and the ESDP, perspectives on the reform debate of European regional policy and considerations on future policy options for Scotland.
