John Bachtler appointed to Scottish Executive Analytical Group

John Bachtler has been appointed to an Analytical Group examining the implications of the Third Cohesion Report for Scotland. Established by the Scottish Executive, and reporting to the European Structural Funds Forum, the Analytical Group will be considering how the proposals put forward by the European Commission for reforming EU cohesion policy will affect the resources and policy priorities for regional development in Scotland.
