A new IQ-Net thematic paper is available from the public pages of the IQ-Net website. Authored by Martin Ferry, Frederike Gross, John Bachtler and Irene McMaster, the paper reviews the different implementation structures across the EU and the various types of system for resource allocation, focusing on methods for project generation, appraisal and selection.
