Douglas Yuill made a presentation to the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development in Norway on 7 February 2008, during which he compared and contrasted recent regional policy developments in Norway with those in the EU Member States.
The presentation drew mainly on the overview of regional policy trends prepared for the EoRPA consortium (EoRPA Paper 07/1). It also made reference to the OECD Territorial Review of Norway which has just been published by OECD and on which he acted as an expert.
