Fiona Wishlade has contributed a chapter on regional aid to a major new publication entitled "European Community Law of State Aid", edited by Kelyn Bacon of Brick Court Chambers.
The publication is a practioner's text on State aid law, covering general principles and relevant international agreements, the substantive rules on specific types of State aid and procedural and enforcement arrangements at national and Community levels.
