EPRC at the European State Aid Law Experts Forum

Fiona wishlade was an invited speaker at the 10th European State Aid Law Experts Forum in Brussels. She was invited to comment on a presentation by DG Competition's Chief Economist, Kai-Uwe Kuhn on Commission thinking regarding the reform of the Regional Aid Guidelines. The current Guidelines are due to expire end 2013, and preparations of new rules, which potentially involve some radical shifts in policy are well underway.
