A new comparative report on the evaluation of regional policy in Brazil and in the European Union, prepared for the Brazilian Ministry for National Integration, has recently been published on the website of the Ministry (in Portuguese).
The report was drafted by Dr Laura Polverari and Stephen Miller, of EPRC (Part I, on the evaluation of European Cohesion policy), and Marcia Paterno' Joppert, of the Brazilian Agency for Evaluation (Part II, on the evaluation of Brazilian regional development programmes), and can be downloaded from this link.
