A new paper has been added to the European Policy Research Paper series. The paper tracks the progress towards the reform of the Regional Aid Guidelines for the post-203 period, based around an assessment of DG Competition's 'non paper'.
It considers both the implications of these proposals, many of which have fed through into the draft guidelines put out to consultation earlier this week, and national reactions to these proposals.
The paper was initially presented at the annual conference of the EoRPA consortium and is available for download here.
