Innovation policies international workshop in Stavanger

David Charles was invited to speak at the University of Stavanger Innovation Days international workshop on September 5th to 6th, 2013. The workshop was hosted by the Centre for Innovation Research and focused on New policies for a knowledge-based economy: Innovation and Regional Development in the Post-Fordist Era. David drew on recent research on SMEs in Scotland and knowledge exchange schemes to discuss the role of individuals and personal networks in innovation systems.
