IQ-Net launches redeveloped website

20 April 2005

Taking advantage of developments in web technology, an extensively upgraded website has recently been launched for the IQ-Net network Available here

With 100+ pages of content, the website is structured in two sections, comprising a set of public pages, and a set of Partner Intranet Pages available exclusively to IQ-Net members.

The site's improved features include: - Increased visual appeal, with extensive use of images from partner regions and past conferences - Greater prominence given on the public pages to upcoming IQ-Net Conferences, and improved access to the current issue of the IQ-Net Bulletin - Easier printing from the site, and increased use of 'dynamic' content drawn from databases, making it easier to update and maintain - Simplified navigation, with integrated password access on every page making logging-in easier for partners, and navigation and contact information at the bottom of every page - Easier access for partners to the extensive material available from past conferences - A new partners-only Useful Links guide to important institutions and documents in the EU25 - New 'What is IQ-Net?' pages in Dutch and Hungarian.

The IQ-Net network currently includes more than 20 partners from 11 EU25 Member States. On the site, information on the network is currently available in ten languages: Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish and Swedish. The public pages provide access to papers from previous IQ-Net Conferences, current and back copies of the IQ-Net Bulletin and information on recent and forthcoming IQ-Net conferences.
