New study: Update of the mid-term evaluation of the Interreg IIIB Northern Periphery Programme

EPRC has been commissioned by the Interreg IIIB Northern Periphery Programme's Joint Programme Secretariat to undertake research as part of the update of their mid-term evaluation.

The aim of the update is to provide current information to assist programming authorities prepare for subsequent assistance operations. The research will focus on an assessment of the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of the programme on the basis of experience up to mid-2005 and the implications for the future, in the light of changes in the financial, regulatory and strategic parameters.

The research will be led by Professor John Bachtler, Nina Quiogue, and Rona Michie.
