On 10 November, Martin Ferry delivered a paper at the conference 'Reinventing Poland', organised by the Centre for Contemporary European Studies and Paisley Business School, University of Paisley, in memory of Professor George Blazyca.
Martin's paper, entitled 'Structural Funds and regional development approaches in Western Scotland and Silesia: a new era?', considered the impact of EU Structural Funds on regional development approaches in Western Scotland and Silesia.
