New project: Delivering the Territorial Cooperation Programme Western Scotland-Northern Ireland-Ireland

27 November 2006

EPRC has won a tender from Scotland Europa to assess possible delivery structures and systems for the new Objective 3 Territorial Cooperation Programme for Western Scotland-Northern Ireland-Ireland for the 2007-13 period.

The study will consider the different ways in which EU territorial cooperation programmes are managed and implemented across the EU, the range of project selection/procurement systems used and the options for Scottish partners in the future programme. As part of the study, workshops will held with a range of Scottish economic development bodies from the Highlands & Islands and South-Western Scotland.
