EPRC involvement in European State Aid Control Conference

Fiona Wishlade was a panellist at a conference on The Law and Economics of European State Aid Control held at the European School of Management and Technology, Berlin, 8-9 October 2007.

The session focussed on the legal and economic aspects of regional investment aid for large investment projects and was led by Klaus-Otto Junginger-Dittel, Deputy Head of Unit at DG Competition. Keynote speakers at the conference, which was organised by the European State Aid Law Institute included Neelie Kroes, European Commissioner for Competition Policy, Damien Neven, Chief Economist at DG Competition and Arjen Meij, Judge at the European Court of First Instance.
