New Article in the Journal of Comparative Policy Analysis

09 October 2008

An article written by Carlos Mendez, Fiona Wishlade and Douglas Yuill has recently been published in a special edition of the Journal of Comparative Policy Analysis on the theme 'The Europeanization of Public Policies: New Research Directions' (Guest editors Claudio Radaelli and Sabine Saurugger).

The article, Made to Measure? Europeanization, Goodness of Fit and Adaptation Pressures in EU Competition Policy and Regional Aid, presents a comparative EU-wide case study of adaptational pressures and policy change under EU state aid policy and casts doubt on the utility of goodness-of-fit propositions.
