EPRC gave a presentation on ESIF-funded Integrated Sustainable Urban Development (SUD) strategies to a delegation of Croatian officials at TU Delft on November 25. The Croatian delegation, consisting of 18 representatives of the Ministry of Regional Development (the ESIF managing authority for SUD) and urban authorities involved in implementation, was on a field visit to the Netherlands to gain insights on the experiences of Dutch SUDs.
EPRC's Martin Ferry and Fabian Gal reviewed current experiences across Member States and future prospects of implementing SUD, based on recent EPRC work carried out on behalf of the Commission and under the auspices of the IQ-Net consortium.
