42nd IQ-Net Conference (Gdansk): Structural Funds as Agents of Change

17 May 2017

Structural Funds act as 'agents of change' in the policy and practice of regional development (executive summary). This change can occur in mind-sets of policy-makers, the focus and content of the policy, or in the practice to implement it. Most importantly, how can positive changes be facilitated and how can they be embedded long-term? These issues have been discussed at the IQ-Net conference in Gdansk, Poland, on 17-19 May.

The conference was also an opportunity to present an update on progress with the implementation of the programmes in IQ-Net countries and regions (executive summary).
