Irene McMaster participated in seminar for the Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak INTERREG Programme, in Helsingborg on 22 March 2017. She gave a presentation on programme implementation in the 2014-2020 programme period: challenges and solutions, which drew on international experience and lessons from other programmes. The event was held as part of the on-going evaluation of the Programme.
