A new article by Dr Laura Polverari has been published in issue 1/2016 of the European Structural and Investment Funds Journal. Against the background of the new regulatory framework, it reviews the varied experiences of selected programmes across the EU's programmes that are part of the IQ-Net knowledge exchange network - with the fulfilment of the new monitoring requirements.
