John Bachtler has been appointed as non-executive director to the Board of Strathclyde European Partnership Ltd which is responsible for administering the Objective 2 EU regional development programme for Western Scotland.
The appointment reflects John's long-standing expertise and research experience relating to the design of EU regional policy and the implementation of the EU Structural Funds throughout the European Union.
