The latest issue of the Journal of Nordregio contains two articles (co-)authored by EPRC staff. Together with Kai Böhme of Nordregio, Francois Josserand of EPRC examines the results of recent Nordic-Scottish cooperation funded under Interreg and Article 10. In particular, it considers how learning occurs in transnational cooperation projects and the degree to which this changes individual and organisational attitudes and behaviour.
In the second article, John Bachtler and Sandra Taylor investigate the 'added value' of Structural Funds in Denmark, Finland and Sweden from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives, and the implications for the debate on reforming EU cohesion policy after 2006.
