On 11-13 July 2005 a seminar on Territorial Cohesion and the European Model of Society, sponsored by the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy of Cambridge, Massachussetts (US) and convened by Prof. Andreas Faludi (Delft University, NL) took place at the Österreichisches Institut für Raumplanung (ÖIR) in Vienna.
The seminar was attended by American academics and experts of territorial development policies from a range of European countries, allowing for a productive exchange of views from both sides of the Atlantic. EPRC's Laura Polverari presented a paper, co-authored with John Bachtler, on 'Delivering Territorial Cohesion: European Cohesion Policy and the European Model of Society'. The seminar papers and presentations are available for download from OIR's website: here.
