A new article by John Bachtler and Tobias Gross has been published (in German) with the title 'New priorities for Cohesion policy: How are the Member States responding?' in the Austrian journal Raum.
Drawing on research funded by the IQ-Net network, the article provides a comparative assessment of the National Strategic Reference Frameworks across the EU27 to indicate the emerging strategic objectives of Member State plans for spending Structural and Cohesion Funds in the 2007-2013 period.
