New publication: Crafting a deal on the EU Budget and Cohesion policy

A new paper by Carlos Mendez, Fiona Wishlade and John Bachtler has been published in the European Policy Research Paper series reviewing the negotiations on the 2014-2020 EU budget and Cohesion policy. It explores the development of the negotiation boxes on the MFF and the thematic blocks of the Cohesion policy regulations, identifying the main points of contention and changes proposed by the Council under the Polish, Danish and Cypriot Presidencies of the EU.
