EPRC Briefing paper on Regional Aid Guidelines 2014-20

On 19 June 2013 the Commission adopted Regional Aid Guidelines (RAG) for 2014-20. RAG 2014-20 imply significant changes to regional aid in the EU, particularly regarding the targeting of aid to large firms and the spatial coverage of policy.
