The 14th Annual UACES Student Forum Research Conference was held at Loughborough University on 8-9 July 2013, including a panel on Cohesion policy chaired by Carlos Mendez. Four papers examined topical Cohesion policy themes relating to partnership, administrative capacity and accountability.
Dorine Boumans, a PhD student at the EPRC, presented the conceptual framework of her doctorate on the effectiveness of Cohesion policy project partnerships in Scotland.
