Fiona Wishlade has contributed a chapter to EStAL's 15th anniversary publication on milestones in State aid case law. The volume provides an overview of the most significant and most cited State aid judgments, bringing together the orginal annotations published in the European State Aid Law Quarterly together with re-annotations and articles to provide more recent perspectives. Fiona's contribution is on the landmark Azores case, which settled the issue of 'regional selectivity' in State aid - specifically the circumstances in which regionally-differentiated tax measures fall within the scope of State aid or constitute general measures.
The volume covers some 30 cases - see full table of contents
