EPRC has now published the schedule for its autumn-winter 2017-18 European Policy Seminar Series.
In the upcoming series, EPRC will host the following speakers:
1. November 22nd (12:00-13:00), Dr Davide Vampa (Aston University) - “The Regional Politics of Welfare in Italy, Spain and Great Britain”.
2. November 29th (11:30-13:00), Joint Seminar by Dr Paolo Chiocchetti (University of Luxembourg) - “The competitiveness imperative: what implications for public policy-making?” & Prof Riccardo Crescenzi (London School of Economics) - “Cohesion Policy Incentives for Collaborative Industrial Research. The Evaluation of a Smart Specialisation-Forerunner Program”.
3. December 13th (12:00-13:00), Prof Kenneth Dyson (Cardiff University) - “Dreamers or Cassandras? Intellectuals and the Design of European Monetary Union”.
4. January 24th (12:00-13:00), Prof Paul James Cardwell (University of Strathclyde) – “Responding to Europe's migration 'crisis': the relationship between Law and 'new governance”.
