Seminar for representatives of the Western Finland Programme area

The seminar focused on the OP strategies and implementation arrangements in 2007-2013, and included a project tour to Kinlochleven in the Scottish Highlands, as well as a local visit to the Glasgow Science Centre. The aim of the seminar was to prepare the participants for the future programming period, as well as provide an opportunity for English language training.
