The North Sea is one of the most intensively used sea basins in the world. A key challenge in the North Sea is the management of conflicts between different sectors, as well as finding a sustainable balance between environmental protection, blue growth and social issues. This brings with it a pressing need for collaboration between NSR States, regions and private partners, which was the focus of the conference
