The presentation explored the economic dynamics of the current crisis, focusing on the collapse in global trade, and drew out the geo-political implications with respect to short-term policy responses and longer term strategies. The presentation was based on a recent Chatham House briefing paper (paper available http://www.chathamhouse.org.uk/publications/papers/view/-/id/729 here ) which Professor Rollo has co-authored with Peter Holmes.
