The IQ-Net network of managing authorities from 16 Member States is holding a conference on 21-23 November 2016 on the themes of implementing Smart Specialisation Strategies as well as lessons from good practices in publicity and communication.
Over the past 20 years, IQ-Net has published a range of papers on different aspects of programme management, including strategy and programme preparation, programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Recent reports have focused on simplification, integrated territorial development instruments, project selection and results-orientation requirements in 2014-20; Cohesion policy and youth unemployment; and the performance turn in EU Cohesion policy.
