The 14th meeting of the IQ-Net network (Improving the Quality of Structural Fund Programming Through Exchange of Experience) was held in Leoben, Steiermark, Austria on 15-17 October, hosted by the Land Government of Styria. At this seminal point in the life-cycle of the 2000-06 programmes, the meeting provided an opportunity for participants from Objective 1 and 2 authorities throughout Europe to take stock of where Structural Funds are going. <p> Further
